How Effective is At-Home Teeth Whitening?
Over the past few years, teeth whitening has become more popular than ever, especially with the advent of several take-home treatments that patients can use on their own time.

At-home teeth whitening products not only fit both of these needs: some of them have proven even more effective than in-office bleaching sessions. However, over-the-counter teeth whitening treatments should be used with caution. Over-bleaching may also product a bluish hue on your teeth, or else uneven, “chalky” results.
